“Customer service was excellent. My first order (to school address) went missing but money was refunded immediately with no hassle. I placed an order for our bonfire night party and we made lots of money with glo sticks - some were used for a lantern craft and others were sold to wear. This time I asked for the package to be delivered to my house and the order arrived very quickly. Everybody was happy with the quality of the product. “Hello I am replying on behalf of Aylesbury Lions Club. We purchase various Led and Glow products from you for sale at a bonfire night event that we are involved in to raise money for our own charity involvements and the Stoke Mandeville Community Centre. It really is a good money raising event for us. I have always found your service and delivery to be excellent - keep it up.! One of our important principles is to give value for money and we know that your products are good quality. We have very few complaints or failures and that's how we like it. I know we might be able to get cheaper elsewhere but I am always reassured when customers tell me that the flashing wands they bought from us last year are still working and they are happy to buy more. Because the event we are selling at is a family bonfire night, we are always trying to keep the price down, which is why we buy items at the lower end of the price bracket. “Hi there Feedback from Monkspath School PTA Delivery is always reliable and if any problems then customer service always very prompt at helping sort out. In general always pleased with the goods although on some products we do tend to get more faulty than we would expect. “I purchased Glow sticks from yourselves on behalf of St Saviour School PTA in Jersey for a disco which we hold once a term. Customer service was fantastic, and delivery was as quick a expected. Products are always good and we always make a profit on them hence why we order from you again and again! However having a discount on them always helps as we don't like to ask a large amount for each product as not everyone at our school are as well off as others. Hope this helps.”

“Hi, The customer service was fine, I did everything on line and experienced no problems. The code was quick and easy to obtain and worked first time. The products I ordered arrived as quickly as I expected and were of good quality. We did not make any money with the products, they were not purchased for this purpose. We bought them for the girls to wear at an event and added the cost of them on to the ticket price when charging the girls. Getting the extra discount helps us to keep the cost low and allow more girls to attend. This is the 2nd time we have ordered from your company but the first time we have used your charity discount. We are about to ask the girls to choose what they would like for this years events and will be placing another order with you soon. Thank you very much. “Hi James, I purchased goods on behalf of 1st Sarratt Scout Group. We used your products to raise funds at a firework night at the beginning of November. Delivery was on time and as expected which was great. The products were good value, although as we wanted to keep our prices relatively low we had so sell a reasonable amount before we started making a profit. The quality of the products was mainly excellent, a small percentage of the goods were faulty but when I rang your customer service regarding this the person at the other end of the 'phone was very polite and courteous and a refund was provided promptly. “Dear Glowsticks team We've used your products for two years now and loved them ! We used bracelets for our school discos and the bracelet/ necklaces for Fireworks night. We always sell out and the children love them! We are Woodford Valley school (now Academy) PTA The products are great quality, swiftly delivered and we are able to make a reasonable profit. What it particularly important is that I think we've only had one unit that didn't work - and we've bought about 600 in total. Other cheap glowsticks that you find in places like Poundland or Primark or similar retail outlets have a higher dud count! not useful if you need to ensure you can sell them!
