“1. Your customer service department was excellent. Very helpful on the different products and their popularity. Also, after our event we found we had a few faulty pieces and you very kindly refunded the cost of those pieces - I was most impressed with this. 2. My delivery arrived within a couple of days of ordering and very well packed and 100% accurate too. 3. All the products were good especially the swords etc. The heart girly necklaces were also very popular. 4. We did raise money for the school which was excellent. A good service you could offer would be a sale or return policy (once you've ordered a certain quantity) so that the school and yourselves can maximise their sales. We as the PTA can't afford to take huge risks on stock as we don't have the money and can't afford to hold stock over for a future event so that stops us taking more risks on the size of our order. We could have sold more on the night had we had the stock. 5. The PTA I bought for was for St Neots Preparatory School in Eversley , Hampshire. Many thanks for the extra 5% discount. The products have always been popular. We found that we did have quite a few problems with the mini spinners, though you promptly refunded us for faulty ones we were unable to sell. “Many thanks for the discount. I am involved with 'PALS' the PTA at St Laurence Church Infant School in Birmingham. We purchased the glow products to sell at the discos that we fund and run. I can find no fault with the service and the majority of products supplied are really good quality. I did order a couple of flashing party necklaces and on arrival one only worked sporadically before packing up and the other didnt do much better as it didn't even last more than a couple of hours and became twisted and broke. I loved the idea of them but they were of poor quality so i wouldn't order them again. We purchased the glow bracelets and glow ears and will be selling them again shortly at our next disco in July. We will be ordering more from you for the next academic year after our end of year stock take. The glow products are great and the children really enjoy them. We sell them at a reasonable price but do make a small profit which helps towards the cost of the DJ.”
“The discount is fantastic and greatly appreciated for PTAs. The delivery is always outstanding, and nearly always next day. I have often joked that if I chose the express delivery it would be with me before I'd even ordered it! The customer service is always excellent and the products are always excellent. I always order items for the discos and particularly for bonfire night and they are always our most popular items, raising money every time. No doubt I will be ordering again soon.”
“Hi, Towards the end of last year I made an order with you for an annual charity fund-raising bonfire and fireworks display that is held in aid of my local Scout Group, which I am very much involved with. I decided to use your business over competitors because of your impressive range of products which are consistently good quality, something you don't find all the time. The customer service I received was excellent from the beginning to the very end, providing all the information I needed and responding very efficiently to any queries I had. The delivery was fast and reliable, with all the products well packed to ensure damage was kept to a minimum, yet still using the least possible amount of packaging in the box which I feel is very important. The products were of a general good quality with only a few items not working. There was no time to contact you about this so these had to be thrown out, however I feel this is down to general rough and tumble my end more than anything. The products managed to raise some money for the group, building on what we had achieved before and so I plan to make a larger order this year, using some of your best selling products and the discount, which has been very helpful in allowing larger orders to be placed. My only piece of constructive criticism would be trying to allow more products to be available at popular times rather than several items always being 'sold out' which can become frustrating. Other than that a great company, would recommend you to anyone and would definitely use you again! Regards James Nelson”
“Good Afternoon, Thought your website was excellent, chose products which were promptly delivered two days later (impressive for using standard postage). The original products I ordered were actually too small for the what we required them for (auction batons) so I called up and arranged to exchange them. We raised money from the point of view we didn't miss any bids at our auction in conjunction with your whistles (which had happened at previous years) plus all our table leaders really enjoyed dancing with them at the disco afterwards!!! I did plan to re-use them next year however no chance of getting them back! We will raise funds for our PTA by selling them at the fireworks in October. All in all excellent service and we will definitely use you again (planning a fireworks evening in October so will need a very large order of glowsticks). Many thanks Louise”
“I am the treasurer for Cuddington Community Primary School in Worcester Park. We ordered from you last year for our firework display and our Christmas fair. I was pleased with the service I received, we did raise a small profit for the school but ordered too many for the christmas fair as they didn't sell very well!! I was a little disappointed that approximately 15 didn't actually work, but I guess that is expected with a large order? “Good service, quick delivery, product quality variable, have used some of the flashing items which have been found to be faulty, however your response to these problems has been good and we have promptly been given refunds for the faulty goods. Our last order was for glowsticks which won't be used until July so as yet I can't comment. We have made profits from all of the items we have sold so far. Our Charity is a PTA in Basingstoke. Thanks for your great service”
