“Customer service was excellent. My first order (to school address) went missing but money was refunded immediately with no hassle. I placed an order for our bonfire night party and we made lots of money with glo sticks - some were used for a lantern craft and others were sold to wear. This time I asked for the package to be delivered to my house and the order arrived very quickly. Everybody was happy with the quality of the product. We purchase various Led and Glow products from you for sale at a bonfire night event that we are involved in to raise money for our own charity involvements and the Stoke Mandeville Community Centre. It really is a good money raising event for us. I have always found your service and delivery to be excellent - keep it up.! One of our important principles is to give value for money and we know that your products are good quality. We have very few complaints or failures and that's how we like it. I know we might be able to get cheaper elsewhere but I am always reassured when customers tell me that the flashing wands they bought from us last year are still working and they are happy to buy more. Because the event we are selling at is a family bonfire night, we are always trying to keep the price down, which is why we buy items at the lower end of the price bracket.
