“Hello, In answer to your email, I can confirm that the customer service was excellent as were the speed of delivery and quality of products. The goods were purchased on behalf of the Bridge & Patrixbourne CEP School PTA. (Connyngham Lane, Bridge, Kent CT4 5JX). I believe we have placed orders with your company for the last 3 or 4 years and expect to place another this year, once we have had a count up of what is left over from last! “We always use Glowsticks for our PTA events from your company, we have been buying from you for 7-8 years, as we know they are safe and usually good quality for the children at our events, they always arrive on time and if we have a problem you deal with things promptly. How was our customer service? - sometimes find the web time a problem, but ringing through the order is very easy Did we deliver quickly? - always delivered next day which is brilliant - especially when we forget to order early for an event! Were the products good? We usually stick to the bracelets and necklaces in bulk; although we do try other products in low numbers, whenever we try other products we have had problems with leaking/not working. “Dear Sir/Madam, In answer to your questions below:- 1.) Customer service was excellent. 2.) Delivery was very quick. 3.) I am no expert but I believe the products to be good, they were certainly well received. I think the person on sales said one or two items didn't work but I can't recall which ones, or even if it was last year! 4.) Yes we did raise money using the products. I purchased the items on behalf of the organising committee of the village November 5th celebrations. The event raises money for good causes in the village and sometimes further a-field, like an individual charity. Last year we donated money to the local Rainbows, Brownies, Scouts, youth group, ATC, tennis and cricket club junior sections, seniors Friendship Club, the village hall and a village bulb planting effort. Would definitely recommend you. I ordered for Sileby Redlands Community Primary School last year as the Friends of Redlands PTA and we are planning another event this year too. “Ibstock Place School PTA Feedback on order placed October 2011 Customer service was good - I called the phone line with queries before ordering and they were helpful and accurate at advising on lead times and emailed afterwards with an issue with some products and they were again helpful and the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily Delivery was prompt Order was accurate We sold the products at a small margin making a profit for the PTA Sadly, the quality of one or two of the products was variable - in particular the arrow heads which struggled to work and hurt the children's heads to wear- however we emailed customer service after the event and were refunded for these without having to return the product in accordance with the product guarantee you give Details of the non working items were as follows 1 x heart necklace (broken in transit) 4 x disco balls (glowed but with an extremely weak light) 5 x arrow heads (failed to turn on) This was our fourth year of ordering with you and we will do so again in Autumn this year”

“Hello there, Cathy Grimley, St George & St Teresa Catholic Primary School PTA, Bentley Heath, Solihull here. We'd be glad to give you feedback as we've been very pleased with all the aspects of dealing with Glowsticks as a company. The sale of your 'Glow' products has been so popular that, as a small school, you've helped us to double our normal profit from our school discos by selling glow products rather than what we'd just take on the door as entrance fees, as many pupils bought at least one, two or even sometimes three glow products per function in this last academic year. We did make efforts to ensure that we chose products spanning a broad selling price range from 50p upwards to make them affordable to all. Your website is really attractive, beautifully clear & straightforward to use - very user-friendly. Customer service & delivery have been excellent - very prompt service, well-packaged goods & prompt e-mail/ phone replies from staff. The 10% discount did make a huge difference to us when ordering, (certainly when comparing to your other competitors) because as a small school, we are unable to buy in really large bulk quantities, so the 10% helped to keep our costs down. Generally most of the products are good, although we have had some problems with wastage when children have bought items that did not work (e.g - flashing heart pendants) or that were not child-proof enough & broke too easily ( foam rainbow wands, where the electrical components fell out of the bottom). I know that you have a policy of replacing goods, but as a small school, where we perhaps have only bought 12 or 24 of a particular item, when 3 or 4 of these are faulty it is disappointing, but equally barely worth our while in paying out for postage to replace them - and by then, the event has passed anyway and the children have needed a more immediate solution to their disappointment. We've tended to accept that with small electrical goods this will always be a risk, and just has to be accepted with the order - although it might perhaps be a helpful gesture if one or two 'spares' could be included to cover faults - I don't know how realistic this would be from a business side of things for you though! All in all, we are very happy with your company, and will hopefully continue to buy Glow products from you whenever we need to. “Hi there Very happy indeed with your service, goods turned up within a couple of days, the discount was really appreciated as we are only a little school (150 pupils so very few parents to support PTA fundraising so every little helps.) Products were good, especially the FX specs and yes we did raise money from the sale of them. Happy all round! “Your website was very clear and easy to use, which is one of the reasons I used you. Delivery and communication was efficient. The products have been excellent, we sell them at our Primary school discos, and fireworks night. I have to say, children of that age cannot get enough of glowsticks, and often walk around totall covered! We are just using our last supply up for the end of term disco, so they have also lasted well in storage. We do make a profit on them, not a huge amount, but enough to see the kids happy and a bit in the PTFA pot!”
