“The Woodford Pantomime has used Glowsticks for the past 4 years and we have always been very happy. Delivery is quick which is especially helpful when restocking during the run. We did have a few duff items but a refund was quick and unquestioned and I really think that with products such as these it is unavoidable. We sold all our purchases with at least a 100% mark up and our audience was very happy to pay these prices. One customer had been to the panto at the o2 where these sort of products were sold at extortionate prices so commented on the good value of ours. The flashing rings were our best seller and I would have restocked with these had they been in stock in january but the similar necklaces which I replaced them with went just as well and sold out. I would like to have slightly overstocked so that out last performance is well catered for but we have a problem with storing for the next year so a sale or return policy would be very attractive to us!
