PTA and Charity Feedback
See below GENUINE feedback we have received from PTA's and Charities
“Have used your website for our last few Fireworks events. Products always arrive speedily and safely. Very popular with the children and consistently sell out, making us apx 150% profit. ”
“Service was excellent.
The products arrived on time.
The inflatable hands were not as successful as other products we have bought - especially rings and necklaces.
”
“The products arrived very promptly and in good order. We used them for our glowsticks carol service on Sunday 22nd December with about 250 people attending. Each person had their own glowstick, and there was also a display of glowsticks around the manger of the nativity scene which powerfully illustrated the light of the world. Other lighting was minimal, so the effect of the glowsticks was very strong. It was not a fund raising event as such, but the church had a major fund raising project over the whole Christmas season - the final amount raised is not yet known. ”
“Excellent service, website very easy to navigate and products arrived promptly and securely wrapped.
We buy these every year for our Winter Wonderland event. We do not charge for them but just give them out to everyone who comes. They are always extremely popular and we will no doubt continue to buy them from you when we hold these events. This year we bought 100 and we had only 10 left at the end of the afternoon.
Thank you.”
“Web site easy to navigate around, prompt delivery service
A++”

“Great service, quick delivery. Sold out of Glowsticks at our firework night and raised a good amount of money for the Rugby Club”
“These glow sticks are amazing value for money the children love them. I like the string that comes with it as the kids can wear them around there necks. The glow sticks sell out every time and we get 100 at a time. Very quick delivery, brilliant service.”
“First class service and very quick response. Receiving the discount was very much appreciated hank you and will certainly use again in the future.
Products arrived safety, we did not use as a fundraising but instead everyone attending the panto received a glo stick on the way therefore no need to pay out for the expensive items on sale.”
“Service was excellent.
Products arrived rapidly and in perfect condition.
They all sold out.
Yes we did.
We will definitely be using you again. ”
“The products arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. The product was good quality and all glow sticks worked, we raised money for the school which was good and I will definitely order from you again.
My only extra comment would be it would be good to be able to buy small bags of extra fasteners as when the children were dancing some popped off and we ended up sellotaping then back together as we couldn't find them on the floor.”
“I checked out 'glow sticks' on Google, and logged on to your website.
I had a very helpful lady on the phone, when I ordered them and they arrived pretty well by return post. Excellent service - Thank You!
They were for the Children (approx. 70) at our Christmas Crib Service on Christmas Eve, which was not a fund raising occasion.
We have never had them before, so it was a lovely surprise for all the children - needless to say they were all thrilled and left the church happily glowing into the night!
I had seen this done at the crib service at Southwark Cathedral last year (2012), and thought it was a lovely thing to do. I sponsored it, and much appreciated the discount. Thank you so much.
Happy New Year!
Rae Ward.”
“Excellent website, very prompt delivery and a no quibble replace or refund policy. Very good service!”
“Excellent and very quick service. Ordered glowsticks one day and they arrived the next. Good quality product which we used at our Carols by Candlelight service instead of individual candles. Thank you”
“We ordered foam sticks, and we're very grateful for the discount. Buying online is easy. They arrived in plenty of time for our event, and were very popular.
When buying items for fundraising, there is a fine line between popularity and affordability. The discount enable us to keep our resale price very low, resulting in a high turnover, and ultimately more money raised.
Many thanks. ”
“I found your Service as always first class, I wouldn't use any other Company, (there is never any hassle even if we have issues with one or two faulty products you refund without any problem)
The Products always arrive on time !
This year we sold out of everything & could have sold more !
I would never use anyone else !
Kind regards,
