“I really enjoyed looking at the videos- this was a VERY helpful featute to helo me decide what to buy. My parcel arrived in double quick time! One of my inflatable cowboy hats didn't work (not even with new batteries) and the valves wouldn't stay in place, but I contacted your customer care by email, got a prompt reply and a refund, so I cannot fault the service. The bits I have ordered are for the "glow in the dark" lap for our 24 hour walking relay event (for Cancer Research UK). My team decided that this time we would just adorn ourselves rather than sell items (as sunset will be so late and our target audience will be in bed), but hope to use you again in future, possibly selling to other teams. So from 11pm (the time of the lap) till sunrise, we shall at least be able to keep ourselves motivated and entertained with hula hooping and giant football in the dark! So thank you very much! FYI, my team has raised just over £4000. We take part in Relay for Life because it is so much fun, because we have things like glow in the dark laps! ”
