“Great - goods arrived quickly We normally buy stuff for our School disco in oct and our Xmas Fair Products were good - sometimes spinning stuff doesn't work but I've never bothered to send it back as events are so hectic. Products are bought for Furzedown School in Tooting - PTA events Yes - we raise money by raising the prices at events Thanks”

“Dear Glowsticks I recently purchased 50 glow sticks on behalf of our church, as token gifts for the dads during our Father's Day service. We wanted to send out a message of 'real men' being a steady, glowing light in the darkness; the glowsticks went down brilliantly! And we've had great feedback on their quality. Our youth pastor is now desperate to buy more for a camping event later this summer. I thought the service and speed of the delivery was exceptional - and the phone manner of girl I spoke with was great. “Dear Glowsticks I am the Chairman of St Mark's School PTA in Morwenstow in Cornwall and purchased the Glowsticks for our stall at a Patronal Festival on Saturday 23rd June. Your Customer Service was excellent, when I applied for the discount it was emailed back rapidly. The delivery was very prompt and the package arrived in good condition. The Glow necklaces were very good value for money but we hardly sold any as the weather was so hideous the event was called off before the evening! We will sell them at a later date as they can be stored well due to the sturdy packaging. We will order again from your website. Many thanks , Helen Bence”

“I am sorry, yes I did order goods with a discount from you and have not left feedback for you, please accept my apologies. The goods were for our Guide company - 20th Luton Guides, to wear as we were attending a Guide only concert at the O2 in London in October, and most people tend to wear the pink flashing bunny ears and we wanted something different. I believe I rang the company to clarify something about the proposed order and the person on the phone was very helpful, and I then made the order online. It was very easy to do, - once I'd decided on the product, and easy to apply the discount code. The order arrived promptly and was well packaged. A few of the younger Guides complained that they were a bit heavy on their head and gave them a headache. Many of the guides who attended the Big Gig are still with the company and wore the deeley doppers for a Jubilee event we held recently as they were the correct colours - red/blue. Whilst we did not make any money from the product, we had something a little different from all other thousands of Guides and the guides really enjoyed having something a little different. I do look at the website occasionally and we are organising an Olympic themes camp and have been looking at glow sticks/bracelets in the Olympic ring colours but to no avail, so we may have to improvise with face paints instead. “We use Glowsticks products to sell at our annual Firwork Display. The delivery service is excellent and usually arrives within a few days. Last year we had the Double disco stick, Mini-spinner and flashing Star wand.(200 in total) Out of these, only 9 did not work or needed new batteries. We made a profit of ”
“We order glowsticks from you every year for our school PTA fireworks display, which go down an absolute treat with the kids! In answer to each of your questions:- 1. Your customer service has always been very quick and responsive. 2. Delivery has been quick - which is helpful as it enables us to check through the products pre-event 3. The products have been excellent. One year we had an issue of a batch of windmill type toys which were received and didn't work. We raised our concerns, and received a decisive response and a replacement consignment immediately. 4. Yes, we sell the products at our annual fireworks display. The school is Prince's Mead School, in Winchester. We'll be putting our next order through in September. Thanks very much, Mel”
“Hi Yes we ordered some Glowsticks for St John's Church of England Primary School in Caterham. Your customer service was excellent. Emailed one evening for discount code and it came through on email next morning. Delivery was quick and most importantly when you said it would be. the products were good and we did raise money with them. “Hi Yes, I thought the customer service was good - the products arrived promptly and as ordered. Unfortunately a number of the glowsticks had broken their seal, so we were unable to sell them, but we used them ourselves to advertise. We did raise money with the products I ordered, but I can't tell you how much, because it all got lumped into one pot with the BBQ, facepainting etc. I bought these products on behalf of Oswestry School Parents' Assocation, who were running a Fireworks Night to raise funds for the school. “Hiya, Customer service is first rate - website very simple, clear, easy to navigate and place order (sign of good design!). Delivery outstanding - ordered pm, arrived (well packaged) the following morning. Products are perfect for our use. We sell glow items at school discos to raise funds. 5 to 10 year olds can't get enough of glow sticks or flashing rings/necklaces. We'll be back to place orders for more in the autumn. “Hi there customer service - was great - the guy I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Emails were prompt, efficient and courteous. delivery - was fine, exactly as described. products - were great, will remember to get more pink bunny ears next time! profit - we did make some money for our PTA. Can't remember offhand how much but I think we added 50p to the cost price. The products were sold at a community bonfire event that our school puts on. School is Moseley C of E Primary School in Birmingham. You sent us some free rainbow spex which we dished out as dancing prizes at the christmas disco. Hope that helps. “RE: Folksworth Primary School PTA This was the first time we had bought a variety of glow products, not just bangles and necklaces. They went down really well. They were sold at our Bonfire event. Your service was excellent and the products arrived very quickly if I remember correctly. We raised money on the products and still have some left to sell, which we will sell at Discos and again on bonfire night. One of the products sold out very quickly. I think it was the glasses.
