1st order got delayed on incoming stock through customs, which I only found out when I called to check why I hadn’t received delivery by the date quoted. We cancelled that order and chose different products that were in stock. These arrived very efficiently next days

Was a little disappointed to see how many swords and wands were out of stock, I did leave it until this week but have done it that late before and been lucky.

“Used Google. Wanted something to replace one time use Glowsticks. The reusable wands are a good alternative option. The wands arrived safely and well wrapped. Ordered 48 and had 6 that did not work. However, I was able to open up the non-working wands, adjust the batteries and they started working. We haven’t used them yet so I can’t comment on real world robustness.
Was very glad we could get a discount as it means our whole unit will each have a wand. ”
